Astefo designs and maintains a collaborative toolkit for the Technical and Program Committees of conference organisers. Installed on an Internet Web server (yours or ours), it easily manages the following tasks:
- abstracts submission, manuscripts upload
- management of Reviewers
- papers scoring by Reviewers, acceptation, rejection of abstracts, notification to Authors
- full design and edition of technical programme, automatic update on the Web
- generation of conference proceedings (PDF and HTML)
- interface with the IEEE electronic copyright system
- plus other various functionalities, logistics oriented
User interface is available in English only.
